中文摘要:建设通风竖井是实现特长深埋隧道纵向通风方案的常用方法,反井钻机法是近年来兴起的建设隧道深大通风竖井的新方法。本文结合浙江省金华山隧道通风竖井建设案例,对采用反井钻机法施工的深大通风竖井建设过程中常见的导孔偏斜、溜渣井堵塞等问题进行研究。结果表明:采用反井钻机法可以有效提高竖井施工效率和质量,通过合理运用地质测斜仪可以有效防止竖井钻孔偏斜,严格控制排入溜渣井的岩石块度是保证溜渣井通畅的主要方法,金华山竖井的施工经验可为相似工程提供借鉴和参考。
外文摘要:The construction of ventilation shaft is a common method to realize the longitudinal ventilation scheme of extra long and deep buried tunnel,and the raise boring machine method is a new method for the construction of deep and large ventilation shaft in recent years.In this paper,combined with the case of Jinhuashan tunnel ventilation shaft construction in Zhejiang Province,the common problems of pilot hole deflection and slag chute blockage in the construction process of deep and large ventilation shaft constructed by raise boring machine method are studied.The results show that:the raise boring machine method can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of shaft construction,and the reasonable use of geological inclinometer can effectively prevent the deviation of shaft drilling.Strictly controlling the rock fragmentation into the slag chute is the main method to ensure the smoothness of the chute.The construction experience of Jinhuashan shaft can provide reference for similar projects.
