外文摘要：The concept of family is rooted in Chinese people’s mind. Due to this concept, familial enterprises can play a significant role. However, with the development of enterprises, they are restricted by many factors, such as the construction of property right, systematic management and scientific decision-making, etc. This article analyzes the limitation of familial enterprises and discusses the ways to obviate its influence.
