中文摘要:目的探讨C肽水平变化与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法根据是否合并DPN将152例住院2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者分为T2DM合并DPN组(DPN组,91例)及单纯T2DM组(T2DM组,61例),测定两组患者的身高、体质量、血压、血脂、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹C肽、糖负荷2 h C肽、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖负荷2 h胰岛素(2 hINS),计算体质指数(BMI)。比较两组患者上述指标间的差异,采用Logistic回归分析探讨T2DM合并DPN的危险因素。结果 DPN组患者糖负荷2 h C肽及胰岛素水平、BMI均显著低于T2DM组,而病程、HbA1c水平显著高于T2DM组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logis-tic回归分析显示,T2DM发生DPN与糖负荷2 h C肽水平呈负相关(P=0.000)。结论糖负荷2 h C肽水平与T2DM发生DPN密切相关,而病程与T2DM发生DPN的关系尚需进一步扩大样本量进行研究。
外文摘要:Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of C-peptide and diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 152 T2DM patients were divided into groups T2DM(n=61) and DPN(n=91).Height,weight,blood pressure(BP),lipids,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting C peptide,2 hour glucose C peptide,fasting insulin(FINS),2 hour glucose load insulin(2 hINS),body mass index(BMI) were determined and compared between 2 groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to study the risk factors of T2DM combined with DPN.Results The level of 2 hour glucose C peptide,BMI were significantly lower but course of disease and HbA1c higher in DPN group than in T2DM group(P0.05).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that T2DM complicated by DPN was negatively correlated with 2 h glucose C peptide(P=0.000).Conclusion T2DM complicated by DPN is closely related to 2 h glucose C peptide,but its relationship to course of disease needs further research with a large sample size.
