中文摘要:以杭州至绍兴城际铁路地铁端头井深基坑开挖过程为工程背景,对该基坑开挖过程中地表沉降、地下连续墙墙体深层水平位移、支撑轴力等监测数据进行了分析,得出了一些有价值的结论与监测建议.研究表明:地表下沉量随开挖深度增加而增大,且与基坑主体施作和支撑架设密切相关,地表最大下沉量约为0.5%H,距基坑边沿不同距离处测点的沉降分布形态大致呈盆形,沉降值最大测点距离基坑边缘7 m处;地下连续墙深层水平位移与基坑的开挖深度、主体结构的施作和内支撑施加与拆除密切相关,不同深度处水平位移曲线呈现出两头尖、中间鼓的“鼓肚”变形特征,随着开挖深度的不断加大,最大水平位移点逐渐向下移动,围护结构变形最大、最危险的部位不在结构顶端,而在结构中部;支撑轴力曲线呈现出波动规律,第三层支撑轴力最大,其余层支撑波动范围较小,第二层和第四层钢支撑轴力最小值低于预加轴力值,要防止支撑与围护结构脱开.通过对以上监测数据的分析总结,为绍兴地铁后续工程的设计和施工提供了一定的资料参考,同时也为今后软土地区基坑的设计和施工提供了可借鉴的经验.

外文摘要:Taking the excavation process of deep foundation pit at the end of Hangzhou to Shaoxing intercity railway and subway as the engineering background,this paper analyzed the monitoring data of surface settlement,deep horizontal displacement of underground continuous wall and supporting axial force,and drew some valuable conclusions with monitoring suggestions.The analysis results show that the surface subsidence increases with the growing depth of excavation,which is closely related to the main operation of foundation pit and support system.The maximum subsidence of the surface is about 0.5%H,and the subsidence distribution pattern of measuring points at different distances from the edge of the foundation pit is generally in the shape of a basin.The maximum subsidence value is located at 7m from the edge of the foundation pit.The deep horizontal displacement of underground continuous wall and excavation depth of foundation pit,and the application of main structure and internal support are closely related to the demolition;the horizontal displacement curve at different depths is characterized by the deformation of two pointed tips with a“drum belly”;with the deepening of excavation,the maximum horizontal displacement point moves down gradually,showing that the largest and most dangerous part of the retaining structure deformation is not at the top of the structure,but in the central structure;the support axial force curve shows a fluctuation rule.The third layer has the maximum support axial force,while the other layers have a small fluctuation range.The minimum axial force of the second and fourth layers is lower than that of the pre-added axial force.Precautions should be taken to prevent the disconnection of the support and retaining structures.Through the analysis and summary of the foregoing monitoring data,this paper attempts to provide some reference for the design and construction of the follow-up project of Shaoxing subway as well as some experience for the design and construction of foundation pit in the soft soil area in future.
