中文摘要:幼儿园教师的课程评价能力是其课程能力的重要构成部分。幼儿园教师课程评价能力的提高,不仅要明确其内涵,还要从理论和实践层面共同优化能力要素。通过分析幼儿园教师课程评价能力现状发现,当前幼儿园教师出现课程评价意识薄弱、理论知识匮乏以及课程实施后课程评价实践反思不足等问题。为此,应注重幼儿教师课程评价意识养成、创设幼儿教师开展课程评价实践的支持条件,同时教师应注重自身评价反思能力的提高等,为提升幼儿园教师课程评价能力提供条件保障。

外文摘要:Kindergarten teachers’lesson evaluation ability is an important part of teachers’curriculum ability.To improve kindergarten teachers’lesson evaluation ability,its connotation should be clarified,and the ability elements in both theory and practice optimized.Through an analysis of the status quo of kindergarten teachers’lesson evaluation ability,the following problems are found:the current kindergarten teachers have a weaklesson evaluation consciousness;they are lacking in both theoretical knowledge andafter-class reflection on the practice of lesson evaluation.For this reason,it is suggested that the teachers’awareness of lesson evaluation should be raised,the conditions should be created for the teachers to practise the lesson evaluation and teachers are expected to pay attention to the improvement of their own evaluation reflection skills so as to guaranteethe kindergarten teachers’lesson evaluation ability.
