中文摘要：通过蟾蜍、实验兔的药理试验,测定了山楂叶制剂益心酮的提取液对实验动物心血管系统的作用.检测项目包括离体蛙心灌流引起的心率变化,实验兔耳缘静脉注射引起的血压变化,结果表明山楂叶制剂提取液具有稳定血压、调整心率作用.能对抗乙酰胆碱,具有适度的强心作用.还测定了山楂叶制剂益心酮片剂对小鼠高血脂模型的作用.结果表明:山楂叶益心酮制剂能降低血清胆固醇含量.

外文摘要：The extracted samples of the hawthorn leaves (rafegus pinnatifide) tablet: with the medicine name 'Yixintong 'are studied on the action to the heart and blood circulatory systems on toads and rabbits. The experiment are made on toad′s heart rate and blood pressure variation of the rabbit. The results show that the extracted specimen of 'Yixintong' can adjust heart-rate, stabilize blood-pressure.It also has the antiacetylcholine ability and can somewhat stimulata heart. The test also shows that the tablet Yixintong can reduce the cholesterol level in serum on HBL-model of mice.
