中文摘要:随着科学技术的发展,利用三维激光扫描及3D打印技术制作高精度透明试样,可以满足结构面剪切过程可视化的要求,然而由于实验装置布置等原因,只能在模型结构面的前后放置摄像机,相机必须与结构面方位形成一定的角度,拍摄时不可避免会产生折射现象。为了尽量减少折射产生的影响,选择最优拍摄角度,本文对不同角度正常倾斜拍摄图像以及穿透倾斜拍摄图像的结构面边长进行测量分析,并建立了折射模型,得到了对应角度下正常倾斜拍摄图像以及穿透倾斜拍摄图像的结构面对应边长之间的关系。最后综合考虑试验要求、折射产生的影响,实际成像结构面各边长度,最终选择拍摄角度为40°。

外文摘要:With the development of science and technology,using 3 D laser scanning and 3 D printing technology to produce high-precision transparent samples can meet the requirements of structural plane shearing process visualization.However,due to the arrangement of experimental equipment and other reasons,the camera can only be placed before and after the structural plane of the model,and the camera must form a certain angle with the structural plane orientation.Inevitably,refraction occurs when shooting.In order to minimize the influence of refraction and select the optimal shooting angle,the edge length of the structural plane of the normal tilt photographic image and the penetrating tilt photographic image with different angles is measured and analyzed,and the refraction model is established.The structure of the normal tilt photographic image and the penetrating tilt photographic image is obtained.Facing the relationship between the side length.Finally,considering the test requirements and the influence of refraction,the actual length of each side of the imaging structure plane is selected,and the shooting angle is 40 degrees.
