中文摘要：[目的]了解医疗纠纷的发生情况以及在医疗纠纷发生时、处理中、处理后医生的心理活动变化情况。[方法]以方便抽样方法,对上海市和绍兴市6家医院的医生进行问卷调查。[结果]不同性别、工龄、学历、职称、科室的医生医疗纠纷的发生率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),在医疗纠纷发生时、处理中、处理后医生心理变化差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]医生学习相关的法律法规有利于提供医疗质量,降低医疗纠纷和医疗事故的发生。

外文摘要：[Objective]To explore the the changes on psychological status of doctors due to medical disputes.[Methods]Doctors in 6 hospitals were investigated via questionnaires.[Results]In terms of medical disputes incidence,there was statistical difference among doctors with different gender,length of service,educational background,professional titles,and in different section offices（P﹤0.05）.In terms of the changes on psychological status of doctors,there was no statistical difference（P﹥0.05）.[Conclusion]To learn the related law and regulation are benefical for enhancing the quality of medical treatment and decreasing the incidence of medical disputes and medical accidents.
