中文摘要：通过分析当前本科毕业设计教学过程中存在的问题,以纺织工程专业毕业设计教学环节为例,进行了以社会需求和大学生就业为导向进行毕业设计（论文）的教学改革实践,探索毕业设计环节教学与就业工作有机结合,化解就业压力,提高毕业设计（论文）教学质量。

外文摘要：Through the analysis of problems existing in the course of the present tutoring of bachelor degree graduation project, taking the situation of students majored in textile engineering for example, the practice of reformation concerning the graduation project tutoring models oriented in the demand of the social human source and students employment is executed. The purpose is to explore the organic combination of the graduation project tutoring and the college students employment, relieve the pressure of the employment, and improve the teaching quality of the graduation project.
