中文摘要：[目的]了解医务人员的生活质量、社会支持、人际信任的相关性及生活质量的影响因素。[方法]采用判断方便抽样方法,运用生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74量表)、社会支持评定量表、人际信任量表对绍兴市区部分医院133名医务人员进行问卷调查,并运用相关及多元回归统计方法进行分析研究。[结果]医务人员生活质量总分、部分因子及维度得分分别与性别、婚否、工作岗位、社会支持、人际信任得分呈正负相关。[结论]婚否、工作岗位、社会支持,特别是社会支持是影响医务人员生活质量的重要因素。

外文摘要：[Objective] To understand the correlations between medical staff＇s quality of life, social support and interpersonal trust and the influential factors of quality of life. [Methods] Adopting convenience sampling, with the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 （GQOLI-74）, Perceived social support scale （PSSS）, Interpersonal Trust Scale, a questionnaire investigation was conducted among 133 medical staff from some hospitals in Shaoxing, and the obtained date were analyed by correlation analysis and multifactor statistical regression analysis. [ Results] The total score of medical staff＇s quality of life and the scores of some factors and dimensions had positive relation with the gender, marital status, working position, social support and interpersonal trust. [Conclusions] Marital status, working position, social support, especially social support are the important influential factors of medical staff＇s quality of life.
