外文摘要：Selecting books is a fundamental job for library, as it will directly affect the book quality of library. Now selecting books becomes more and more difficult because of various publications with the development of publication industry, in addition to the lack of funds and the influence of traditional mode of selecting books. So it is quite necessary for us to discuss the problems and find the solutions.
