中文摘要：目的：评价音乐对严重认知功能障碍患者脑功能的影响。方法：21例严重认知功能障碍患者，在平静、听交响乐与罗扎诺夫音乐3种状态下检测脑电功率谱各重要参数的变化。结果：21例患者听音乐状态下δ＋θ/α＋β比值、θ/β比值与平静状态下比较明显下降（P〈0.05或0.01），听交响乐与罗扎诺夫音乐间比较差异无显著性意义。结论：音乐对严重认知功能障碍患者的脑电活动有改善作用，可作为临床治疗严重认知功能障碍的一种方法。

外文摘要：Objective：To evaluate the effects of music therapy on the brain function of the patients with serious cognitive disorder. Methods：In 21 patients with serious cognitive disorder, the important parameters of the EEG frequency power spectrum were recorded when they were in peaceful condition, listening to symphony, and listening to the Lozanov music. Results：Compared with those in peacefull condition, the δ＋θ/α＋β and θ/β ratios were significantly reduced in 21 patients listening to the music （P〈0.05, 0.01）. Conclusion： Music therapy can improve the electrical activity of brain of the patients with serious cognitive disorder and can be used as a clinical therapy to treat serious cognitive disorder.
