中文摘要：为了探究自然联结与青少年幸福倾向之间的关系及自我控制的中介作用,采用自然联结量表、幸福倾向量表和大学生自我控制量表对758名青少年进行调查.结果发现:自然联结与意义倾向、自我控制之间均呈显著正相关,自我控制与意义倾向呈显著正相关,与快乐倾向呈显著负相关.自然联结正向预测意义倾向.自然联结显著正向预测自我控制.自我控制对意义倾向具有正向预测作用.自然联结既可以直接影响青少年幸福倾向,也可以通过自我控制的中介作用间接影响青少年幸福倾向.

外文摘要：In order to investigate the relationship between nature connectedness and adolescents'orientations to happiness and the mediating effect of self-control,758 adolescents were investigated by connectedness to nature scale,orientations to happiness scale and self-control scale.The results showed that nature connectedness was positively correlated with eudaimonic orientation and self-control,and there existed a significantly positive correlation between self-control and eudaimonic orientation,and yet a significantly negative correlation existed between self-control and hedonic orientation;nature connectedness significantly and positively predicted eudaimonic orientation and self-control.Self-control positively predicted eudaimonic orientation.Nature connectedness could not only directly affect adolescents'orientations to happiness,but also indirectly affect adolescents'orientations to happiness through the mediating effect of self-control.
