中文摘要:为拓展红曲红素的应用领域,将红曲红素应用于蚕丝织物染色。分别探讨pH值、媒染剂用量、媒染方式对上染百分率和K/S值的影响,并研究染色后织物的皂洗牢度和耐光牢度。研究结果表明:稀土氯化镨具有较强的配位络合作用,能与红曲红素分子和纤维形成络合结构,从而显著提高上染百分率和K/S值,染色后织物的皂洗牢度达到4级,耐光牢度可达3~4级。优化染色工艺配方为:氯化镨同浴法媒染,媒染剂质量浓度为1 g/L,pH=3,浴比1∶30。
外文摘要:In order to widening the application domain of monascorubrin,it was applied to the dyeing of silk.The effect of pH value,mordant concentration and mordanting method on the dye uptake and K/S value was investigated.The soaping fastness and light fastness of the dyed samples were also researched.The results indicated that the rare earth praseodymium chloride has strong complex effect,can form a complex structure with monascorubrin and fiber,and thus improve the dye uptake and K/S value.The soaping fastness of the dyed samples was up to rating 4 grades and the light fastness up to rating 3-4 grades.The optimum dyeing formulation: mordant mass concentration 1 g/L,pH=3,and liquor ratio 1∶30 in the case of one-bath dyeing with praseodymium chloride.
