中文摘要：针对医疗纠纷诉讼实施新规则以来医方存在不同应对言行的现状 ,根据新规则的要求 ,分析了目前的医患关系与医疗纠纷、医疗改革与医疗服务、医方的“证据”意识与工作情况 ,提出了医疗机构及其医务人员应从思想意识、医患关系、医疗服务行为规范。

外文摘要：Aiming at the litigation to medical treatment dispute since new rule, there are different reply words and actions existing in medical service providers,according to the request of the new rule, the author analyzed doctor-patient relationship and medical treatment dispute,medical service and reform,'proof'consciousness and work circumstance of doctors,bring upped the request that the medical treatment organization and its members should reply to the new rule from thought consciousness,doctor-patient relationship,rules in medical service practice, proof system,etc.
