中文摘要:目的探讨本科护生共情能力与评判性思维能力的相关性,为提高护生共情能力提供依据。方法应用一般资料调查问卷、评判性思维能力测量表、人际反应指针量表对199名本科护生进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析法对评判性思维与共情能力的主要变量进行相关分析。结果评判性思维能力均分(282.73±25.97)分、共情能力均分(42.92±9.36)分。本科护生评判性思维能力与共情能力存在一定的正相关性,其中分析能力、开放思想、自信心和求知欲对提高共情能力有重大影响。结论本科护生具有正性评判性思维能力,但共情能力不高,在护理教育中应加强护生分析能力、开放思想、自信心和求知欲的培养,以提高护生的共情能力。
外文摘要:Objective To study the correlation between critical thinking and empathy ability of undergraduate nursing students to provide evidence for improving their empathy ability. Method Investigate 199 undergraduate nursing students by general information questionnaire, Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI) and Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI). Take correlation analysis on main variables of critical thinking and empathy ability by Pearson correlation analysis method. Result The average score is (282.73±25.97) for critical thinking and (42.92±9.36) for empathy ability. Criti- cal thinking has a certain correlation with empathy ability of undergraduate nursing students, which is greatly influenced by analyzing ability, open mind, confidence and curiosity. Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students have positive critical thinking ability and relatively low empathy ability. Cultivation on analyzing ability, open mind, confidence and curiosity should be enhanced in nursing education to improve their empathy ability.
