中文摘要：文章分析了人工智能技术在图书馆文献资源建设、决策咨询、学科建设服务、读者服务以及信息素养教育等场景中的具体应用现状,发现人工智能技术在图书馆的资源建设、学科咨询服务、读者阅读服务等过程中具备一定的技术价值,智慧图书馆建设取得了一些成效,但技术带来高效便利的同时也伴生着一些风险与挑战。从技术应用现状来看,目前人工智能技术在图书馆的应用主要存在以下五个方面的风险与挑战:第一,面临信息安全威胁;第二,存在知识内容异化风险;第三,知识产权受争议;第四,馆员地位和能力弱化。对此,文章从强化制度规范、加强技术支撑、平衡版权利益、加强教育培训等方面提出了改善策略。

外文摘要：This paper analyzes the specific application status of artificial intelligence technology in library literature resource construction,decision-making consultation,discipline construction service,reader service and information literacy education.It is found that artificial intelligence technology has played a certain technical value in the process of library resource construction,discipline consultation service and reader reading service,which has made some achievements in the construction of smart library.However,technology brings high efficiency and convenience,but it also brings some risks and challenges.From the perspective of the current situation of technology application,the application of artificial intelligence technology in libraries mainly has the following five risks and challenges:first,facing the threat of information security;second,there is a risk of knowledge content alienation;third,intellectual property rights are controversial;fourth,the status and ability of librarians are weakened.In this regard,the article puts forward improvement strategies from the aspects of strengthening institutional norms,strengthening technical support,balancing copyright interests,and strengthening education and training.
