中文摘要：随着世界一体化的逐步形成,当前世界政治、经济的交流日益扩大,带动了文化交流的频繁.但由于地域、历史、政治、经济等方面的不同造成了中西方的文化差异,面对差异,必然会出现冲突,而人类对文化精神的共同理想势必将这种冲突归于融合.<刮痧>就是通过对中国知识分子在他者环境(美国)生活,因文化差异造成的行为观念上的差异的尴尬境地,反映出中西文化在冲突中走向融合这一世界性的文化倾向.

外文摘要：With the gradual formation of globalization, the communication in the fields of the world’s politics and economics have been expanding, which enables the constant contacts among cultures. But due to the differences in history, region, politics and economics, there may emerge clashes between Chinese and Western cultures. The common ideal towards cultures rooted in human beings is apt to shift the clashes into integration. The film “Guasha” reflects the embarrassment resulted from different beliefs and the global cultural trend of Chinese and Western cultures’ integration.
