中文摘要：通过网络调研的方式,以中美两国分别排名前20位的一流大学图书馆为主要研究对象,从资源服务类型、资源检索路径、自建系统、服务内容以及管理团队等方面,对中美高校图书馆的电子教参服务现状对比分析,发现我国高校图书馆电子教参服务存在普及程度低、资源形式和内容缺乏新意、电子教参系统功能建设不完善、资源共享程度低以及管理团队建设落后等问题,提出加强宣传推广、丰富电子教参资源内容和形式、完善电子教参系统建设、提高资源共享程度以及加强管理团队建设等改善策略。

外文摘要：The top 20 university libraries in China and the United States are selected as the research objects, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the current situation of e-reserve service in Chinese and American university libraries from the type of resources, the retrieval path for the resource, self-built e-reserve system, the content of e-reserve service, and finds that there are some problems of the university library e-reserve service such as the low degree of popularity, lack of innovative resources in form and content, imperfect function construction of e-reserve service system, the low degree of resource sharing and out-dated management team construction.The paper puts forward some improvement strategies, such as strengthening publicity and promotion, enriching the content and form of e-reserve service resource, perfecting the construction of e-reserve service system, enhancing the sharing degree of e-reserve service resource and strengthening the construction of management team.
