中文摘要:本土化中文教学大纲是国际中文教育至关重要的部分,直接关乎当地中文教学质量和中文推广效果。本文以坦桑尼亚、肯尼亚、乌干达的课程改革为背景,对这三个东共体国家初中阶段的中文教学大纲进行比较研究。分析发现,三国均注重发展以能力为基础的课程,提升学生技能,培养信息素养,促进学生全方位发展。新课程要求下的中文教学更强调发展能力,三国的中文教学大纲呈现出较多共性,教学目标以学生为中心,教学内容以能力培养为核心,教学方法以交际为重点,教学评估以能力为基础。最后,本文对东非地区的中文教育规划和本土化教学质量的提升提出了一些建议。

外文摘要:The localized Chinese syllabus is a crucial part of international Chinese education,which is directly related to the quality of local Chinese teaching and the effectiveness of Chinese language promotion.Based on the curriculum reforms in Tanzania,Kenya and Uganda,this paper conducts a comparative study of the Chinese teaching syllabi for the junior secondary education in these three countries of the East African Community.The study reveals all three countries attach great importance to the development of competency-based curricula,aiming to enhance students'skills,cultivate their information literacy,and promote their all-round development.Under the requirements of the new curricula,Chinese teaching places more emphasis on the development of students'abilities.The Chinese syllabi of the three countries exhibit many commonalities,with teaching objectives centered on students,teaching content centered on cultivating abilities,teaching methods focused on communication,and teaching evaluation based on abilities.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on Chinese education planning and the improvement of the quality of localized Chinese teaching in East Africa.
