中文摘要：对于全球价值链嵌入与发展中国家集群企业功能升级的关系,在已有研究中,或者乐观地强调了其知识溢出的积极作用,或者悲观地强调了其战略隔离的消极作用。我国集群企业内部能力薄弱的特点决定了全球价值链嵌入对集群企业功能升级的积极作用更为明显。基于这一假设,进一步提出了全球价值链对发展中国家集群企业功能升级的直接和间接影响机制。基于浙江绍兴纺织集群企业的实证研究表明,全球价值链嵌入不仅直接作用于企业的功能升级,还通过影响制造能力提升来间接影响企业的功能升级。

外文摘要：With the relationship between global value chain（GVC） embeddedness and functional upgrading of developing country,prior research either optimistically stressed the positive effect through knowledge spillover,or pessimistically stressed the negative effect through strategically isolating.This paper argued that developing country cluster firms＇ typical character of the weakness of internal capability made the influence of GVC embeddedness on developing country cluster firms＇ functional upgrading to be positive.Based on this assumption,the direct and indirect influencing paths were provided and empirically proved with Shaoxing textile industrial cluster firms.
