中文摘要：目的：探讨人胎胃发育过程中细胞增殖与凋亡的变化规律。方法：应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测人胎胃壁组织内Bcl-2／Bax蛋白的表达。结果：第9～15周人胎胃壁肌间神经丛和黏膜下层部分细胞呈Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达，胃上皮细胞中见少量Bcl-2蛋白表达；Bax蛋白在胃上皮细胞的胞质内呈阳性或弱阳性表达，在肌间神经丛和黏膜下层有少数细胞呈弱阳性表达。结论：Bcl-2／Bax与人胎胃的生长发育关系密切。

外文摘要：Objective： To explore the cell proliferation and apoptosis during the development of human fetal stomach. Methods： Bcl-2 and Bax protein expressions were tested in the stomach of human fetus by ABC the immunohistochemical method.Results： The positive expression of Bcl-2 protein in the interrnuscular nerve plexus and submucous layer, and some expressions of Bcl-2 protein in the epithelium in human fetal stomach were detected from the ninth to fifteenth week of fetal periods. Bax protein expression was positive or weakly positive in the epithelial cells, and was weakly positive for a few of cells in the intermuscular nerve plexus and submucous layer in the stomach of human fetus. Conclusion： Bcl-2 and Bax are closely related to the development of human fetal stomach.
