外文摘要：Based on the analysis of the textile industrial chain, this paper hackled the main problems and obstacles of the current Shaoxing textile industry upgrading, and analyzed the relationship between the institutional innovation and the textile industry upgrading in Shaoxing. Finally, the paper proposed some upgrading paths from the perspective of institutional innovation for Shaoxing textile industry.
