外文摘要:The building sector represents 39% of global CO2 emissions (28% operational, 11% embodied), necessitating urgent decarbonization to comply with the IPCC’s remaining carbon budget (380 ± 60 GtCO2 for 1.5°C pathways). This study introduces a novel multi-objective optimization (MOO) framework that synergistically integrates dynamic carbon pricing, lifecycle assessment (LCA), and global sensitivity analysis to resolve the critical sustainability-economic feasibility trade-off in building design. The framework advances the field through three methodological innovations: (1) time-variant carbon pricing calibrated to IPCC AR6’s social cost of carbon projections ($185 ± 24/tonne by 2030), (2) phase-differentiated tax allocation (construction: 52 ± 3%; operation: 41 ± 2%; demolition: 7 ± 1%; error ? 2025, The Authors.
