中文摘要:氨纶和棉纤维具有不同的染色性能 ,通常情况下氨纶不染色而留白 ,致使产品档次低。棉氨弹力织物采用分散 活性染料一浴一步法同色染色工艺 ,并使用新型助剂SQ ,获得了满意的染色效果。分散 活性一浴一步法工艺克服了氨纶在拉伸状态下的“露白”现象 ,提高了产品档次 ,具有生产周期短、能源消耗低、废水排放少的优点 。
外文摘要:Since the different dyeing behaviour between cotton and spandex fiber, spandex is always left undyed but remaining its original colour in traditional dyeing process of cotton/spandex knit goods. This will lead to a poor quality. An ideal dyeing result has been achieved on cotton/spandex elastic fabric by means of one-step one-bath homogeneous dyeing with disperse/reactive dyestuff in the presence of a new agent SQ. With this process, the 'white revelation' of spandex which always occurs in stretched state has been eliminated and the product's quality improved. It is a process of great practical value with the advantages of short production cycle, low energy consumption and less waste water.
