中文摘要：数控系统的性能决定了数控加工装置的性能。数控系统目前存在两种设计理念:基于微处理器的设计和基于工业控制计算机(IPC)的设计,两者分别应用于中低端、高端应用领域。本文提出了一种数控系统设计的新理念,充分利用上述两种设计理念的优势,降低数控系统设计的难度,在低的系统复杂度下得到高的系统性能。

外文摘要：The paper introduces a new design idea of economical CNC system , which is based on software system . The core of the idea is that it turns over the typical modules such as the editor module, the compile module and the interpolation module to PC , thereby the design of CNC system is simplified .
