外文摘要：Teaching management of department in colleges and universities is the process of planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating the works of teaching in order to achieve stated education goals, and it is the premise and basis of the management of universities. This paper, for teaching management of department, puts forward many suggestions and measures to make its standardization and science, and guarantee teaching quality stability and promotion by building up the staff with high quality, defining the responsibility of its works, exercising the system of quality supervision, and perfecting the management operation mechanism.
