中文摘要：合理利用织物调整系数和浓度参数对基础数据进行调整,建立适用于各种规格涤纶织物电脑测配色的基础数据库。通过对不同规格涤纶织物基础数据曲线研究后发现,低浓度时各条基础数据曲线基本为直线,高浓度时为各种不同形状的曲线。根据这一规律,对基础数据曲线进行分段,采用低浓度时一种规格涤纶织物的基础数据,利用配色软件中的参数调整后作为通用数据,与其他规格涤纶织物高浓度时的基础数据相结合,建立相应的基础数据库,并进行了准确性测试。实验表明该方法可应用于各种规格涤纶织物的测配色,在3次修色后可使色差值小于1。在保证测配色准确率的前提下,大大减少了基础色样的数量。

外文摘要：The basic data was adjusted by fabric adjustment factor and concentration logically,and the database for computer color matching for all kinds of polyester fabrics was established.It was found through studying the basic data curves of different polyester fabrics that each curve was basically a straight line when concentration was low and the curves showed different shapes when concentration was high.According to this rule,the basic data curve was divided into two parts.The basic data of a polyester fabric of low concentration was adjusted by the fabric adjustment factor as the universal data.The database consisted of the universal data and the basic data of high concentration with different polyester fabrics.Then the accuracy of this database was tested.The experimental results showed that this database establishing method can be applied to all kinds of polyester fabrics and the value of color change is less than 1 after three times of color modification.On the premise of the accuracy of color matching color,the number of color samples can be reduced significantly.
