中文摘要:目的探讨工作嵌入和职业认同在授权型领导感知与护士职业使命感间的中介作用。方法采用授权型领导感知量表、工作嵌入量表、职业认同量表和职业使命感量表对285名临床护士进行调查。结果护士感知到授权型领导条目均分为(3.22±0.83)分,工作嵌入条目均分为(3.41±0.85)分,职业认同条目均分为(2.91±0.82)分,职业使命感条目均分为(3.15±0.82)分;授权型领导感知、工作嵌入、职业认同正向预测职业使命感,共同解释职业使命感变异的50%;授权型领导感知分别通过工作嵌入、职业认同的中介作用正向预测职业使命感,中介作用效应值分别为0.09和0.16;授权型领导感知通过工作嵌入,经职业认同的链式中介作用正向预测职业使命感,中介作用效应值为0.07。结论工作嵌入和职业认同在授权型领导感知与护士职业使命感之间起链式中介作用。
外文摘要:Objective To explore the mediating effects of job embeddedness and career identity on the relationship between perceived empowering leadership and career calling among nurses.Methods A survey was conducted among 285 nurses by using the perceived empowering leadership scale,the job embeddedness scale,the career identity scale,and the career calling scale.Results The score of nurses'perceived empowering leadership was(3.22±0.83).The scores of job embeddedness,career identity and career calling were(3.41±0.85),(2.91±0.82)and(3.15±0.82),respectively.Perceived empowering leadership,job embeddedness and career identity were proved to be significant predictors of career calling,which could explain 50%of total variance of career calling.Job embeddedness and career identity mediated the relationship between perceived empowering leadership and career calling respectively,and the effect size was 0.09 and 0.16.Perceived empowering leadership had a positive association with career calling through paths of job embeddedness via career identity and the effect size was 0.07.Conclusion Job embed-dedness and career identity mediate the relationship between perceived empowering leadership and career calling.
