外文摘要：According to the phase-detecting principle, a limited length of modulating signal and the including divide-modulation of modulating signal may be obtained. Phase-detecting resolution can be improved by raising digits of A/D converter and is independent of the speed of detected object. This opens a new way to improving phase-detecting resolution.
