中文摘要:在生物化学实验教学中,进行实验模块化,形成课题式探究性的大实验,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的综合能力。采取学生自主设计实验、线上线下混合教学、小论文形式提交实验报告等方式,提高教学效果。对2018级生物专业进行教学改革实践,调查统计结果表明:学生对该课程的兴趣及综合能力显著提高,实验报告、实验操作、总评成绩优秀率分别达到56.7%、50.0%、60.0%,均明显高于对照班级,线上测试优秀率达73.3%。
外文摘要:In biochemistry experiment teaching,experiment modularization is carried out to form a large project-based inquiry experiment with a view to stimulating students’learning interest and cultivating their comprehensive ability.Self-directed research design,online and offline hybrid teaching,experimental reports in the form of short thesis are used to improve the teaching effect.After the teaching reform of bioscience of Grade 2018,it is found that the students’learning interest is improved and their comprehensive practical ability significantly strengthened.The excellence rate of experiment reports,experiment operation and total scores is up to 56.7%,50%,and 60%respectively,which exceeds that of the control classes.The excellence rate of online test is 73.3%.
