中文摘要：产业联盟作为产业链资源整合的一种有效方式,已经在建筑产业现代化中广泛应用。概述建筑产业现代化联盟的内涵及作用,分析建筑产业现代化联盟中政府主导、企业主导、高校或科研机构主导三种合作模式,并对比其优势和不足。在上述基础上,提出选择联盟合作模式的建议。

外文摘要：As an effective way of resource integration of industrial chain, industrial alliance has been widely used in the modernization of the construction industry. This paper summarizes the connotation and function of construction industry modernization alliance, analyzes the three modes of cooperation in construction industry modernization alliance： government led, enterprise led, universities or research institutions led. And compare their strengths and weaknesses. On the basis of the above, puts forward some suggestions on the choice of alliance cooperation mode.
