中文摘要:2020年7—8月,在浙江天台山华顶国家森林公园(简称华顶山)以箬竹Indocalamus tessellatus、茶Camellia sinensis为主要伴生种和无下木为对照的3种生境中,对云锦杜鹃Rhododendron fortunei的毛根发育、菌根侵染和土壤及凋落物的主要营养元素进行比较分析。结果表明:在箬竹伴生生境,云锦杜鹃的毛根发育不良,但其菌根侵染率显著提高,其土壤中的总C、总N、C/N和N/P都极显著高于其他两种生境(P<0.01),总P则相反,极显著低于其他两种生境(P<0.01);在茶伴生生境与无下木伴生生境没有显著差异,但是箬竹扩张却极显著地影响了云锦杜鹃毛根的发育和菌根的形成。
外文摘要:From July to August 2020,investigations were carried out on the development of hair roots,mycorrhizal infection of Rhododendron fortunei,and major nutrient elements in soil and litter in habitats namely with Indocalamus tessellatus,with Camellia sinensis,and pure Rh.fortunei as control in Huading mountain(shorter for Huanding National Forest Park),Tiantai,Zhejiang province.The results showed that in habitat with In.tessellatus,hair roots of Rh.fortunei had maldevelopment,but the mycorrhizal infection rate was significantly increased,total C,total N,C/N and N/P in the soil were significantly higher than those in the other two habitats,while total P was in the opposite.There was no difference between habitat with C.sinensis and the control,however,hair root and ericoid mycorrhiza of Rh.fortunei was greatly impacted by In.tessellatus expansion.
