中文摘要:教改内生力是高校教学改革生态系统的产物。美国高校教学改革的内生动力来自于大学师生对高等教育的需求、大学的文化价值取向、大学的自身发展及大学之间的竞争与协作。美国高校教学改革的生命力表征体现在大学的自我完善、自我生长、坚守教育规律及多元化发展等方面。高校教学改革生态建设的策略是:构建一个开放、公平的系统环境;鼓励系统要素的多元参与和共生;尊重师生的自主性与能动性。

外文摘要:The endogenous force of teaching reform is the product of the ecosystem of teaching reform in colleges and universities.The endogenous driving force of American higher education reform comes from the demand of teachers and students of higher education,the cultural value orientation of universities,the development of the university and the competition and cooperation among universities.The vitality of teaching reform in American colleges and universities is embodied in self-improvement,self-growth,adherence to the law of education and diversification of development.The strategies of ecological construction of colleges teaching reform are:to construct an open and fair system environment;encourage multiple participation and symbiosis of system elements;and,respect the autonomy and initiative of teachers and students.
