外文摘要：The endogenous force of teaching reform is the product of the ecosystem of teaching reform in colleges and universities.The endogenous driving force of American higher education reform comes from the demand of teachers and students of higher education,the cultural value orientation of universities,the development of the university and the competition and cooperation among universities.The vitality of teaching reform in American colleges and universities is embodied in self-improvement,self-growth,adherence to the law of education and diversification of development.The strategies of ecological construction of colleges teaching reform are:to construct an open and fair system environment;encourage multiple participation and symbiosis of system elements;and,respect the autonomy and initiative of teachers and students.
