中文摘要：随着师范教育体系的调整 ,师范大专生取代中师生成为历史必然。师范大专生面临基础教育改革的严峻挑战 ,应该具备五方面的能力和素质 ,同时必须变革师范教育课程设置和教师管理来适应培养基础教育所需新型师资的需要。

外文摘要：It is inevitable that normal college students will replace normal school students because of reform or adjustment of educational system. This paper suggests that normal college students should have various abilities and qualities to meet the severe challenge from elementary educational reform. Meanwhile, the course offered and the mode of teachers management must also be reformed so as to meet the demands of training teachers which elementary education needs.
