中文摘要:在中国经济转型升级的背景下,员工离职创业的现象越来越普遍。并且这种员工离职去向给既有企业造成的影响要远远大于其他的离职去向,但是现在对于离职创业的研究还较少涉及。因此,本文通过对国内外离职创业研究文献的梳理,构建了一个员工离职创业研究框架,即创业动机的产生、创业机会的识别与评价、离职创业意愿、创业机会开发,最后分析其影响因素以及进一步研究关注的方向。

外文摘要:Under the background of china's economic transformation and upgrading, the phenomenon of staff entrepreneurship is more and more common. And the impact of this kind of employee turnover on the existing enterprises is far greater than that of other departures. However, there are few studies about the departure entrepreneurship. Therefore, through sorting out the previous research topics, this paper constructs a framework of employee entrepreneurship: employee turnover, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial opportunity identification and evaluation, entrepreneurial intention, and opportunity exploration, Finally, it analyzes the influencing factors and prospects the future direction.
