中文摘要：中心镇休闲体育的蓬勃发展有利于提高城镇居民精神生活,有利于加速区域特色的中心镇休闲体育与区域经济社会的协调发展,有利于深入实施城镇文明素质提升工程,促进城镇居民素养和城市整体文明水平的同步提升.通过阅读文献、实证研究、系统分析和专家咨询等综合方法,探寻和把握经济较为发达的浙江中心镇休闲体育发展规律、成功经验及存在的问题,为浙江中心镇休闲体育的健康、可持续发展提出积极可行的建议及对策.加快浙江中心镇休闲体育的结构调整与可持续发展,既是加快推进"中心镇培育工程"的重要内容,也是实施"健康浙江"发展战略的重要途径,对于推动全民健身计划纲要的实施,为我国其他地区大力开展休闲体育提供可借鉴的发展模式,均具有较强的现实意义和理论指导意义.

外文摘要：Aim of the article is to research on leisure sports＇ developing regular pattern, successful experience and existing problems in central town, and to propose feasible suggestion and ways to promote sustainable development of leisure sports in central in Zhejiang province.Document, empirical study, systematic analysis, expert consultation.Central town refers to the town between city and common small towns, which enjoys good position, strong, has ability to accept big cities convenience and bring small town and counties develop. Central town＇s leisure sports can rich citizens spare time and also can enrich development of area economy and society, it can promote peoples＇ quality of civilization.Speed up construction adjustment and sustainable development of Leisure sports in Zbejiang central town, is an important content of ＂central town cultivation program＂, and is important way of fulfill ＂healthy Zhejiang＂ development strategy. It has both strong realistic significance and theoretical significance for promoting implementation of outline of the nationwide body-building plan and supplying referent development modal for other areas.
