中文摘要:介绍了将纳米级珍珠粉加入到涤纶纺丝熔液中制得的珍珠纤维的横截面为圆形或椭圆形,纵向表面有凸起的珍珠颗粒,并对纤维的微量元素进行分析,得出纤维的主要元素为钙元素,来源于珍珠粉中的碳酸钙。测试了珍珠纤维的强伸性、回潮率、质量比电阻、可染性、耐热性及防紫外线等性能,并与普通涤纶进行了比较分析,得出珍珠纤维拥有较好的强伸性能,在保留了涤纶本身优良性能的前提下,改善了涤纶纤维的吸湿性,降低了涤纶的质量比电阻,提高了纤维的抗静电性能,具有较好的抗紫外线功能,耐热性较好,且在用分散染料染色时获得了较好的上染率。
外文摘要:The pearl fiber is made by putting the nano-level pearl powder into the polyester spinning liquid, whose cross-section is round or ellipse and whose length-wise surface bears raised pearl granules. This paper analyses the microelements in the fiber and suggests that the main element is calcium,which comes from the calcium carbonate in the pearl powder. In addition, this tests the pearl fiber's tensile property, moisture regam,mass specifiic resistance dyeability, heat resistance and resistance to ultraviolet radiation and compares these experimental results with those of the common polyester fiber. The research results show that the pearl fiber possesses better tensile property,improved moisture absorption, lower mass specific resistance, improved anti-static property, better resistance to ultraviolet radiation.better heat resistance and improved dye-uptake in disperse dyeing process.
