中文摘要：绍兴黄酒产业经过几年来的不懈努力,在黄酒界已具有举足轻重的地位.然而,与充斥国内市场的白酒、红酒、啤酒相比,其市场占有率非常低下.因而,如何做大做强黄酒产业,打响黄酒金名片,便成为绍兴经济发展的重要战略命题.基于绍兴黄酒产业市场供求的现实状况,对如何发展绍兴黄酒产业,提出了加强黄酒原料管理、提升黄酒文化宣传力度、加强黄酒消费引导、改进黄酒包装等对策建议,以期推动绍兴经济的进一步发展.

外文摘要：Shaoxing yellow wine industry has regained a decisive position in the yellow wine world after several years of unremitting efforts. However,compared with the white wine,red wine and beer which occupy the domestic markets,its market share is still limited. Therefore,how to make the yellow wine industry stronger and widely known is an important strategic proposition of Shaoxing economic development. Based on the current situation of supply and demand of Shaoxing yellow wine industry,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the further development in this regard,covering the strengthening of the management of raw materials,the enhancement of the publicity on yellow wine culture,the strengthening of the yellow wine consumption guide and the improvement of the packaging,etc.
