中文摘要:研究纺粘非织造布膜裂宽度、加捻捻度对仿毛膜裂纱的直径、密度、强伸性能的影响,利用毛型纱线设计新型仿毛面料,并测试面料厚度及耐磨性。通过1612双头激光切割机将纺粘非织造布切割成2 cm及1 cm 2种布条,采用HFX-A3粗纱机小样机,将布条加工成圆柱形态,用DX321Z直捻倍捻机,将纱线加捻成85~135捻/m,用GA747剑杆织机织造服装面料。研究结果表明:新型仿毛纱线具有密度小、结构蓬松、毛型感强的特点,纱线体积密度随着纱线捻度增加而增大。纺粘非织造布膜裂仿毛纱断裂强力及伸长率较高,在125捻/m附近达到断裂强力及断裂伸长率最大值。仿毛面料孔隙多,耐磨性好,结构蓬松。
外文摘要:Study the interrelation of spun-bonded non-woven membrane crack wool-like yarn width and twist to the yarn diameter,density and the strong stretching. A New wool-like fabrics was developed using with the wool-type yarn,and thickness and wear resistance were tested of the fabric. Cut spunbonded non-woven into 2 cm and 1 cm two kinds of cloth by 1612 double laser cutting machine,process cloth strip into cylindrical shape with HFX- A3 roving frame,twisting the yarn twist into 85 ~ 135 twists / m with DX321 Z straight twisting machine. Fabrics was weaved with GA747 rapier loom. The results show that the new type of wool-like yarn has small density and fluffy wool type structure,the characteristics of volume density increases with the yarn twist. All the breaking strength and elongation of spun-bonded non-woven membrane crack wool-like yarn are higher and the maximum breaking strength and elongation twist is about125 twists / m. Wool-like fabric is porosity,good abrasion resistance and fluffy.
