外文摘要：Research on ill-structured problem-solving is a rising field of study. This paper reviews three theoretical sources on ill-structured problem-solving. It makes a systematic exposition on the major conclusions and ideas of studies on ill-structured problem-solving. On this basis, the paper raises some questions about ill-structured problem-solving study and points out the future direction.
