中文摘要：目的了解浙江省绍兴县流动人口卫生服务需求与利用情况。方法采用分层抽样和定额抽样相结合的方法,抽取绍兴县581名流动人口进行现场调查。结果流动人口两周患病率为5.67%,两周患者就诊率为66.7%。收入水平、性别、文化程度、有无医疗保障对选择就诊的医疗机构有影响,总体而言,流动人口对不同级别医疗机构的满意度一般。结论政府相关部门应加强基层医疗机构建设,提高医疗质量和满意度,以提高流动人口卫生服务利用水平。

外文摘要：OBJECTIVE To learn the situation of the demand and utilization of health service about floating population in Shaoxing county, Zhejiang province. METHODS 581 floating population were surveyed based on stratified sampling and quota sampling in Shaoxing county. RESULTS Two week sprevalenee rate was 5.67% and two weeks treatment rate of patients was 66.7%. The influential factors for choice of the medical institutions were income, gender, degree and medical insurance. The satisfaction of medical institution was general. CONCLUSION The relevant government department ought to make a further improvement of primary medical institution and improve health care quality and satisfaction, to increase the utilization level of health service of floating population.
