中文摘要:为改善聚酯纤维的染色性能,在共混纺丝中加入改性添加剂。探讨了在不同工艺条件下,分散染料改性聚酯纤维的染色性能。试验结果表明,改性聚酯纤维在染料浓度为1.5%owf,染色温度98℃,染色时间60min,pH值为4.5的条件下,即可达到普通聚酯纤维在高温高压下染色效果。
外文摘要:In order to improve dyeability of polyester fiber, some additives were copolymerized with monomers followed by spinning process. Disperse dyeing was carried out. It was found that when coblended modified polyester fiber was dyed at normal pressure of temperature 98℃ for 60 minutes with pH value 4.5 and dye concentration 1.5%owf, it could reach the same results as that of conventional polyester fiber dyed at high temperature and high pressure.
