外文摘要：Cai Yuanpei is the first education chief of the Republic of China, who according to certain theoretical and practical basis, was in charge of formulating Provisional General Education Curriculum Standards, which implied education philosophies of all-round development, facing the world and children-based. It provides helpful enlightenment for our implementing the curriculum standards of every subjects in primary and secondary schools.
