外文摘要：The paper mainly introduces a method for preparing novel chromone- containing isoxazoles norcantharidin derivatives. By the preparation of 1,3- dipolar cycloaddition,the isoxazole ring was introduced in the C5 and C6 of norcantharidin structure,and the reaction with chromone derivatives resulted in the chromone structure,hence the final synthesis of a series of 5 chromone- containing structure model of isoxazoles norcantharidin derivatives.
