中文摘要:探究舒弹丝纤维对喷气涡流纱质量及其针织物性能的影响规律。对比研究同一成纱工艺条件下,舒弹丝纤维混纺纱与涤纶混纺纱的强伸性能、毛羽、条干均匀度、耐磨性能、弹性回复性能,同时分析了相应针织物的顶破性能和折皱回复性能。研究结果表明:添加舒弹丝纤维的喷气涡流混纺纱断裂伸长率大、初始模量低、条干均匀、毛羽少、弹性回复性好,但纱线断裂强度相对较低;舒弹丝纤维的添加对喷气涡流混纺纱织物的顶破性能和折皱回复性能都有一定程度的改善。认为:舒弹丝纤维的应用有助于喷气涡流混纺纱及其织物质量的提升。
外文摘要:Influence law of shutansi fiber on quality of air-jet vortex yarn and the properties of knitted fabrics was discussed.Under the same spinning yarn conditions,strength and elongation property,hairiness,evenness,abrasion resistance and elastic recovery property of shutansi fiber blended yarn and polyester blended yarn were compared and analyzed.Bursting strength and wrinkle recovery property of the corresponding knitted fabrics were analyzed.The results showed that air-jet vortex blended yarn added with shutansi fiber has higher breaking elongation,lower initial modulus,uniform evenness,less hairiness,better elastic recovery,but yarn breaking strength is relatively lower.The addition of shutansi fiber improves bursting property and wrinkle recovery property of air-jet vortex blended yarn fabric to a certain extent.It is considered that the application of shutansi fiber is helpful to improve quality of air-jet vortex blended yarn and its fabric.
