中文摘要：在高等教育大众化阶段,地市高校发展面临着激烈竞争,本文借鉴"五力竞争模型"和SWOT分析法,归纳地市高校所面临的多种竞争力量,总结地市高校发展的优势和劣势,提出结合自身实际条件和区域经济特点,采取差异化、多元化、战略联盟和"有所为有所不为"等策略,形成办学优势,谋求发展机遇。

外文摘要：During the population of higher education, the development of universities in cities is confronted with fierce competition. This paper uses the five forces analysis method and SWOT analysis for reference and generalizes the various competitions of development in universities. Then, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages they confronted and puts forward some strategies according to their own practical conditions and regional economic features. They should take different strategies, diversified strategies and strategies alliance. They should do what should be done, forming their own teaching advantages and striving for new development opportunities.
