中文摘要：国际分工格局事关一个国家的发展空间和定位,在寻求外贸增长对策时,需了解当前国际分工特点,以确定我国在其中的地位和作用。目前国际分工主要属于混合型分工类型,注重发挥合作优势,注重提高生产单位的快速反应能力、品牌影响力、研发能力、服务能力等。在新型国际分工格局下,产业边界弱化,产业链条或产品工序的作用提升,产业类型进一步细化,且要素流动方向成为决定国家类型的一个依据。文章从外贸增长的恒等式机制、方程式机制出发分析外贸增长方式,提出了在维持人民币汇率稳定的前提下,发挥比较优势,同时实行进口带动出口的机制等促使外贸增长的对策。

外文摘要：The international pattern of work division concerns the space and orientation of a nation＇ s development. In search of the strategies of foreign trade growth, it is necessary to know well the characteristics of present international work division to ascertain the status and func- tion of our country. The international work division presently falls into a mixed one, attending to exertion of cooperation advantages, improving the quick response of manufacturers, the force of brands, research, service, etc. Under the new pattern of international work division, the in- dustry limit ebbs; the industry chain or the function of working procedure upgrades;the industry type become further carefully divided. The direction of element flow has grown into a basis of determining the nation type .This paper,from the perspective of identity mechanism of for- eign trade and equation mechanism, analyzes the growth method of foreign trade, putting forward some strategies of exerting relative advan- tages and at the same time urging the growth of foreign trade by import bringing along export, under the precondition of maintaining stable growth of Chinese currency exchange rate.
