中文摘要:目的探讨基于表面电极肌电信号研究平衡功能训练对帕金森(PD)患者运动控制能力的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的PD患者80例作为研究对象,通过计算机产生随机分组列表,并将对应的编号放入密闭不透明的信封中,由试验者拆开信封以确定分组,将受试者随机分对照组(单纯药物治疗组)和功能训练组,两组均为40例。对照组(n=40)按专科医生药物治疗方案进行治疗,功能训练组(n=40)对受试者进行每周5次功能训练,比较两组患者治疗前后表面肌电信号参数、步态参数、平衡功能(BBS评分、UPDRS3.0评分)、睡眠状况、心肺功能、生活质量。结果治疗4周后,功能训练组RMS、iEMG、MNF、MF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,功能训练组步长、步速、BBS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),UPDRS3.0评分低于对照组(t=12.122,P<0.05)。治疗4周后,功能训练组PSQI评分、VO2peak、6MWD、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FV、SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于表面电极肌电信号研究平衡功能训练应用于帕金森疾病中,能够改善其步态,进而改善心肺功能,提高生活质量,操作简单,值得推广。

外文摘要:Objective To explore the effect of balance function training on the motor control ability of patients with Parkinson′s(PD)based on the surface electrode electromyography signal.Methods A total of 80 PD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.A random grouping list was generated by the computer,and the corresponding number was placed in a closed and opaque envelope.The tester opened the envelope to determine the grouping.The subjects were randomly divided into the control group(drug treatment group)and the functional training group,with 40 cases in both groups.The control group(n=40)was treated according to the specialist's drug treatment plan,and the functional training group(n=40)received functional training five times a week.The surface EMG signal parameters and gait of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The surface EMG signal parameters,gait parameters,balance function(BBS score,UPDRS3.0 score),sleep status,cardiopulmonary function,quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After four weeks of treatment,the RMS,iEMG,MNF,and MF of the functional training group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The step length,pace,and BBS scores of the functional training group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the UPDRS3.0 score of the functional training group was lower than that of the control group(t=12.122,P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the PSQI score,VO2peak,6MWD,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FV,and SF-36 scores of the functional training group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The balance function training based on the surface electrode EMG signal applied to Parkinson′s disease can improve the gait,thereby improve the cardiopulmonary function,and improve the quality of life.It is easy to operate and worthy of promotion.
