中文摘要：目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(亚临床甲减)患者外周血三系细胞的变化及其临床意义。方法以2012-09—2013-04体检的52例亚临床甲减患者为研究对象(亚临床甲减组),检测其甲状腺功能、血常规、肝肾功能、血脂和血糖,同时测量身高、体重,计算体重指数。并将同期进行体检的50例健康者为正常对照组。结果与正常对照组比较,亚临床甲减组患者的血红蛋白和红细胞比容明显降低(均P<0.01),红细胞体积分布宽度增加,单核细胞百分数和绝对值增高,均有统计学差异(均P<0.05);血小板分布宽度明显增加(P<0.01),其余各项指标均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。相关分析结果表明,亚临床甲减组患者的血红蛋白与TT_3呈正相关(r=0.333,P<0.05),血小板分布宽度与血小板总数和血小板比容呈显著负相关(r=-0.382、-0.467,均P<0.01)。结论亚临床甲减可引起外周血三系细胞的改变,尤其是血红蛋白的降低,亚临床甲减患者有必要开展贫血的筛查。

外文摘要：Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood cellmeasurements in patients with subclinical hy-pothyroidism. Methods Fifty two patients with subclinical hypothyroidism （test group） and 50 healthy subjects （control group） were enrol ed in the study. The thyroid function, liver and kidney function, blood routine, blood lipid and glucose were determined;and the height, weight was measured and body mass index （BMI） was calculated. Results Compared to normal controls, the hemoglobin and hematocrit in test group were decreased（P〈0.01）;red blood cellvolume distribution width was increased （P〈0.05）;mononuclear cellpercentage and absolute value were increased（P〈0.05）;platelet distribution width significantly increased （P〈0.01）. The hemoglobin was positively correlated with TT3 in test group（r=0.333, P〈0.05）. Platelet distribution width were neg-atively correlated with platelet count and plateletcrit（r=- 0.382 and- 0.467, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism can cause changes peripheral blood cellmeasurement, especial y for hemoglobin, indicating that anemia screening is necessary in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.
